Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer support team within 30 days of delivery with your order number and the reason for your return or exchange.

  Review Policy

  Due to the food-based nature of our products, we typically do not require physical returns of opened containers; however, we may request photos for quality control purposes.

• 3.
  Receive Authorization

  Once your request is reviewed, our team will provide a return authorization or confirm your eligibility for a replacement or store credit.

• 4.
  Resolution Process

  Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days, or your replacement JOI® base will be shipped immediately.
