Unlike carton milks that are mostly water, JOI® is a shelf-stable concentrate. You simply add water and blend to create fresh, creamy plant milk at home without any added gums, fillers, or preservatives.

How long does a jar of JOI® last once opened?

Our concentrates are shelf-stable for up to 18 months. Once opened, you can store them in your pantry for up to 9 months—no refrigeration required until after you mix them with water.

Do you offer international shipping?

Currently, we ship to all 50 U.S. states and Canada. We are working hard to expand our logistics to reach our international community in the near future.

What is your return policy?

We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. If you are not completely happy with your first order, please contact our support team to initiate a refund or exchange.

Are JOI® products gluten-free and vegan?

Yes, all JOI® products are 100% plant-based, vegan-friendly, and certified gluten-free. We use high-quality, non-GMO ingredients in every batch.
